Security policy
This is a Security Options policy (Windows Settings > Security Settings), applied by the security engine — not an Administrative Template (ADMX). In GPMC/gpedit it is configured under Local Policies > Security Options.

This setting lists named pipes that anonymous network users may access. The default list is empty on current client systems unless a role or application adds entries. Each added pipe creates an unauthenticated interface and should be justified by a specific compatibility requirement.
