Security policy
This is a Security Options policy (Windows Settings > Security Settings), applied by the security engine — not an Administrative Template (ADMX). In GPMC/gpedit it is configured under Local Policies > Security Options.

This setting specifies how many idle minutes elapse before an SMB server suspends an inactive session. The default is 15 minutes. A shorter interval releases resources sooner but may interrupt idle clients; a longer interval retains sessions and consumes server resources.
