Security policy
This is a Security Options policy (Windows Settings > Security Settings), applied by the security engine — not an Administrative Template (ADMX). In GPMC/gpedit it is configured under Local Policies > Security Options.

This setting detects application installers that may require administrative rights and presents an elevation prompt. It is enabled by default on Windows clients. Disabling it avoids heuristic prompts in managed deployment environments, but legacy installers may fail without an explicit elevated launch.
