CpuPerformanceTierOverride decimal - range 0-4

Description

This policy allows you to override the value returned by the CPU Performance API (that is, navigator.cpuPerformance). If you enable this policy, the value of navigator.cpuPerformance is overridden with the specified value. If you don’t configure this policy, the default performance tier calculation is used.
