Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Microsoft Edge User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Microsoft Edge Description
This policy controls whether Cowork is allowed to take actions on behalf of the user in Microsoft Edge. If you enable this policy, Cowork can take actions on behalf of the user, and users can't change this setting on the Settings page. If you disable this policy, Cowork can't take actions on behalf of the user, and users can't change this setting on the Settings page. If you don't configure this policy, users can turn this setting on or off on the Settings page.
Registry
Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge Value name: CopilotCoworkToolActionsEnabled
Enabled: CopilotCoworkToolActionsEnabled = 1
Disabled: CopilotCoworkToolActionsEnabled = 0
Export Builder
BETAConfigure the state, scope and options, then generate .reg, PowerShell, Intune and SCCM outputs — or add the setting to a multi-setting collection.
These exports write the registry — this is not a managed GPO. ⓘ
Applying both scopes creates an ambiguous configuration (computer takes precedence over user). Only do this intentionally.
