Cette stratégie vous permet de spécifier l’étendue de recherche par défaut à utiliser. Les utilisateurs ne pourront pas la modifier une fois cette stratégie définie, mais ils pourront changer l’étendue durant une recherche. Si vous activez cette stratégie, vous pourrez spécifier les dossiers qu’Outlook recherchera par défaut lorsque l’utilisateur démarrera une nouvelle recherche. Si vous désactivez cette stratégie ou ne la configurez pas, Outlook procèdera à la recherche dans tous les dossiers de la boîte aux lettres actuelle lorsqu’une recherche est lancée depuis la boîte de réception. Si la recherche est lancée depuis un autre dossier, elle inclue uniquement des éléments depuis ce dossier. Les utilisateurs peuvent toujours modifier l’étendue durant la recherche.
