Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle si les recherches effectuées en mode Exchange mis en cache peuvent également être réalisées sur le serveur Exchange. Cette stratégie n’affecte ni le mode En ligne, ni les comptes extérieurs à Exchange. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, Outlook effectue des recherches localement en mode Exchange mis en cache et en modes « hybrides » (également sur le serveur Exchange). Notez que si le curseur de synchronisation est activé et que tous les courriers électroniques ne sont pas mis en cache, vous risquez de ne pas pouvoir consulter tous les résultats disponibles. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, Outlook effectue d’abord les recherches localement, puis autorise l’utilisateur à effectuer une recherche sur le serveur Exchange en cliquant sur le lien « Plus » situé en bas de l’écran de recherche, ou en utilisant le bouton équivalent du ruban.
