Default policy is 25. This policy depends on EnableFaceBeauty, if EnableFaceBeauty is disabled, SetFaceBeautyValue will not work. If this policy is a valid integer within 0 to 100, client will use the integer as the the value of "Touch up my appearance". If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
