Description

Default policy is 500. This policy depends on TryPKRequestDirectFirst. If TryPKRequestDirectFirst is disabled, this policy will have no effect. It sets the delay for proxy requests in PK requests to increase the likelihood of direct connections winning, helps reduce the load on proxy servers. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
