Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Zoom Meetings\Zoom General Settings Description
Default policy is 3 (Default). If this policy is set to 1, the client will use Light optimization level. If this policy is set to 2, the client will use Default optimization level. If this policy is set to 3, the client will use Aggressive optimization level. If this policy is not set, is invalid, or is out of scope, the client will use the default setting. If zPolicy_MemorySaverEnabled is disabled, this policy will not take effect.
