Default policy is disabled. If this policy is enabled, the client will keep the maximum camera capture size while sending video to avoid camera restart when higher video resolution is requested during a meeting. If this policy is disabled, the client may adjust the camera capture size as needed during video sending. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
