Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Microsoft Defender Antivirus\Scan Description
This policy setting allows you to scan excluded files and directories during quick scans. If you set this policy setting to 1, all files and directories that are excluded from real-time protection using contextual exclusions are scanned during a quick scan. If you set this policy to 0 or do not configure it, exclusions are not scanned during quick scans.
