Security policy
This is a Security Options policy (Windows Settings > Security Settings), applied by the security engine — not an Administrative Template (ADMX). In GPMC/gpedit it is configured under Local Policies > Security Options.

This setting allows a portable computer to be removed from a docking station without an interactive sign-in. It is enabled by default on client computers. Disabling it requires authentication before undocking and can deter unauthorized physical removal, but may hinder normal mobile workflows.
