Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Citrix Components\Citrix Workspace\Global App Config Service Description
Select the region from which Citrix Workspace app retrieves discovery endpoints from the Citrix Global App Config Service. If US Gov is selected, the discovery endpoint comes from the U.S. region. If Default is selected, the discovery endpoints are retrieved from the default global endpoint.
