Enable NPS
Supported on: All Citrix Workspace supported platforms
Description
The Net Promoters Score (NPS) helps you to rate and provide feedback on your experience with Citrix Workspace for Windows (Store). This feedback service aims to improve Citrix Workspace for Windows (Store). The rating and feedback help to provide a better user experience. By default this feature is enabled. Note: If you select 4 or 5 as the rating, you are redirected to rate the Citrix Workspace app in the Microsoft Store. If you select 3 or lower, you are redirected to a feedback form where you can provide more details on your rating. Options: 1. Enabled – The NPS dialog appears on every sixth successful connection. 2. Disabled – The NPS dialog does not appear.
Registry
SOFTWARE\Policies\Citrix Value name: EnableNPS
Enabled: EnableNPS = 1
Disabled: EnableNPS = 0
REG Builder
BETAConfigure the state and elements to generate .reg, PowerShell, Intune, and SCCM outputs.
These exports replicate the policy's registry effect. Editing the registry directly is not the same as applying the GPO through the management console (no gpupdate, no central reporting). Test before production; HKLM changes require administrator rights.
