Prompt user to setup printer

Supported on: At least Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows 7

Value name: showprintersetup

Enabled: showprintersetup = 1

Disabled: showprintersetup = 0

When set, Publisher will show a prompt to the user to start the Printer Setup Wizard when a new printer is found.
