Enabled: ask for summary info at new = 1

Disabled: ask for summary info at new = 0

Description

Opens the Project Information dialog box whenever the user creates a new project. If you enable this setting, the Project Information dialog box is displayed whenever you create a new project. If you disable or do not configure this setting, the users default setting is followed.
