Description

This policy setting controls file synchronization via SOAP over HTTP for PowerPoint. If you enable this policy setting, file synchronization via SOAP over HTTP is turned off for PowerPoint. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting this policy setting, file synchronization via SOAP over HTTP is turned on for PowerPoint. Note: Turning off file synchronization via SOAP over HTTP will also prevent co-authoring and adversely affect the behavior of SharePoint Workspaces.
