Disable password protected sections

Supported on: At least Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows 7

Value name: passwordprotectiondisabled

Enabled: passwordprotectiondisabled = 1

Disabled: passwordprotectiondisabled = 0

Disables the ability to create new password protected sections. You can however still unlock and edit existing sections which had a password set.
