This setting prevents users from modifying the list of files/folders that are excluded from being uploaded to OneDrive or SharePoint. If you enable this setting, The UI that allows users to add or remove keywords from the ignore list will be hidden. Existing GPO ignore rules and default rules will be visible but uneditable. The OneDrive sync app must be restarted after this setting is enabled for the setting to take effect. If you disable or do not configure this setting, the UI that allows users to add or remove keywords from the ignore list will be visible and users can choose to add or remove ignore rules with the exception that GPO rules remain uneditable.
