This policy setting controls whether eligible Word, Excel, and PowerPoint users are presented with a Message Bar to opt-in in Known Folder Move (KFM). If you enable this policy setting, users won’t be presented with the Message Bar in Office Apps. If you disable or don’t configure this policy setting, eligible users will be presented with the Message Bar in Office Apps. Note: This policy setting only applies to subscription versions of Office, such as Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise.
