Disabled: tooltips = 1

Description

This policy setting allows you to configure the "Show ScreenTips on Toolbars" option. If you enable this policy setting, ScreenTips will not be shown on toolbars. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, ScreenTips will be shown on toolbars.
