Disable the user from setting the Personal Site URL

Supported on: At least Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows 7

Value name: disablesetpersonalsite

Enabled: disablesetpersonalsite = 1

Disabled: disablesetpersonalsite = 0

This setting will disable the Office client applications from setting the personal site URL in the Active Directory.
