Description

This policy setting prevents Office from displaying bizbar messages to the user about last-mile (environmental) issues affecting their experience. If you disable or don’t configure this policy setting, Office will display last-mile messages by default as they are encountered. If you enable this policy setting, Office will not display the configured last-mile in-app messages when they are encountered
