This policy setting controls whether Code Tab client components are installed when the Copilot app starts. Code Tab UX web components, the local runtime, and coding session components are downloaded and installed silently when the Copilot app launches, ensuring that Code Tab is ready for use without waiting for a first-use installation. If you enable this policy setting, the Code Tab client components are downloaded and installed silently when the Copilot app launches, so the Code Tab is ready for first use. If you disable or don't configure this policy setting, Code Tab client components are installed when the user first opens Code Tab.
