Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge Description
This policy sets the IPv6 destination that Microsoft Edge uses to determine the local network address or addresses returned to PAC scripts by the myIpAddress() and myIpAddressEx() helper functions. The route probe sends no application data. This policy applies only when Microsoft Edge uses its built-in proxy resolver to evaluate PAC scripts. It doesn't apply when a native or system resolver is used. If you configure this policy, set it to a valid IPv6 address literal. Host names, malformed values, IPv4 addresses, loopback addresses, link-local addresses, and multicast addresses are rejected. IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses and the unspecified address are also rejected. Private addresses are supported. If you don't configure this policy or configure it with an empty string, Microsoft Edge uses its built-in default IPv6 destination. The built-in destination can change between versions. A browser restart is required for changes to take effect. Example value: 2001:db8::1
Export Builder
BETAConfigure the state, scope and options, then generate .reg, PowerShell, Intune and SCCM outputs — or add the setting to a multi-setting collection.
These exports write the registry — this is not a managed GPO. ⓘ
Applying both scopes creates an ambiguous configuration (computer takes precedence over user). Only do this intentionally.
