Block geolocation on these sites

Supported on: Microsoft Edge version 144, Windows 7 or later
Path in the GPO console
Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Microsoft Edge\Content settings User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Microsoft Edge\Content settings Description
Use this policy to define a list of URL patterns for sites that are blocked from accessing the user's geolocation. These sites also can't prompt the user for location permissions. If you enable this policy, the list you provide determines which sites are blocked from requesting or accessing geolocation. If you disable or don't configure this policy, DefaultGeolocationSetting applies to all sites, if configured. If it's not configured, the user’s personal browser setting is used. For detailed information on valid url patterns, see the documentation on pattern formats: https://learn.microsoft.com/deployedge/edge-learnmmore-url-list-filter-format. Example value: https://www.example.com [*.]example.edu
Registry
Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge Export Builder
BETAConfigure the state, scope and options, then generate .reg, PowerShell, Intune and SCCM outputs — or add the setting to a multi-setting collection.
These exports write the registry — this is not a managed GPO. ⓘ
Applying both scopes creates an ambiguous configuration (computer takes precedence over user). Only do this intentionally.
