Description

This policy setting controls file synchronization via SOAP over HTTP for Excel. If you enable this policy setting, file synchronization via SOAP over HTTP is turned off for Excel. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting this policy setting, file synchronization via SOAP over HTTP is turned on for Excel. Note: Turning off file synchronization via SOAP over HTTP will adversely affect the behavior of SharePoint Workspaces.
