Empêche les utilisateurs d’entrer d’autres informations d’identification d’ouverture de session pour installer un programme. Ce paramètre supprime la boîte de dialogue « Installer le programme en tant qu’utilisateur différent ». Cette boîte de dialogue, qui demande à l’utilisateur en cours d’entrer un nom et le mot de passe d’un administrateur, apparaît lorsque des utilisateurs qui ne sont pas des administrateurs essaient d’installer des programmes en local sur leur ordinateur. Ce paramètre permet aux administrateurs connectés comme utilisateurs simples d’installer des programmes sans se déconnecter et de se reconnecter en utilisant leurs informations d’identification d’administrateur. Beaucoup de programmes ne peuvent être installés que par un administrateur. Si vous activez ce paramètre et qu’un utilisateur ne dispose pas des autorisations nécessaires pour installer un programme, l’installation continue avec les informations d’identification d’ouverture de session de l’utilisateur en cours. Ceci peut entraîner un échec de l’installation, ou celle-ci peut se terminer mais sans inclure toutes les fonctions. Ou encore, elle peut sembler s’être terminée correctement, mais sans que le programme installé ne fonctionne correctement. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre ou si vous ne le configurez pas, la boîte de dialogue « Installer le programme en tant qu’utilisateur différent » apparaît chaque fois que les utilisateurs installent des programmes sur l’ordinateur en local. Par défaut, d’autres informations d’identification d’ouverture de session ne sont pas demandées aux utilisateurs lorsqu’ils installent des programmes à partir d’un partage réseau. S’il est activé, ce paramètre prévaut sur le paramètre « Demander des informations d’identification pour des installations à partir du réseau ».
