Supprime l’onglet Matériel. Ce paramètre supprime l’onglet Matériel des applications Souris, Clavier, et Sons et des périphériques audio dans le Panneau de configuration. Il supprime également l’onglet Matériel de la boîte de dialogue de propriétés de tous les disques locaux, y compris les disques durs, lecteurs de disquette et lecteurs de CD-ROM. Par conséquent, les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas utiliser l’onglet Matériel pour visualiser ou modifier la liste de périphériques ou les propriétés des périphériques, ou utiliser le bouton Dépanner pour résoudre des problèmes avec le périphérique.
