Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle le téléchargement automatique par Outlook des mises à jour du calendrier vers Office.com. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, Outlook applique l’option Téléchargement unique : les mises à jour ne sont pas téléchargées de la boîte de dialogue Paramètres du calendrier publié et les mises à jour du calendrier ne sont pas téléchargées. Les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas modifier ce paramètre. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie, Outlook publie automatiquement, à intervalles réguliers, les mises à jour du calendrier vers Office.com et les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas modifier cette configuration. Si vous ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, lorsque l’utilisateur publie un calendrier sur Office.com via le service de partage de calendriers Microsoft Outlook, Outlook met à jour régulièrement les calendriers en ligne, sauf si l’utilisateur clique sur Avancé et sélectionne Téléchargement unique : les mises à jour ne sont pas téléchargées dans la boîte de dialogue Paramètres du calendrier publié.
