Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle les restrictions appliquées aux utilisateurs qui publient leurs calendriers sur Office.com ou des serveurs WebDAV (World Wide web Distributed Authoring and Versioning) tiers. Si vous activez ou désactivez ce paramètre, l’accès aux calendriers publiés sur Office.com doit être restreint (les utilisateurs autres que les éditeurs et propriétaires de calendrier doivent recevoir une invitation du propriétaire pour consulter le calendrier), et les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas publier leurs calendriers sur des serveurs DAV tiers. Si vous ne configurez pas ce paramètre, les utilisateurs peuvent partager leurs calendriers en les publiant sur les services de partage de calendriers Office.com et vers un serveur prenant en charge le protocole WebDAV (World Wide web Distributed Authoring and Versioning). Office.com permet aux utilisateurs de choisir s’ils veulent restreindre l’accès à leurs calendriers aux contacts invités, ou autoriser un accès illimité à toute personne connaissant l’URL d’accès au calendrier. Les restrictions d’accès DAV peuvent être appliquées uniquement via des autorisations de serveur et d’accès aux dossiers. Le paramétrage et la mise à jour des restrictions peuvent nécessiter l’intervention d’un administrateur de serveur.
