Ce paramètre de stratégie permet aux fichiers .OST de passer du format ANSI au format Unicode en mode silencieux. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, vous devez également activer le paramètre de stratégie connexe Mode Unicode Exchange - Ignorer le format OST, et le définir sur les options mentionnées ci-après. Détails du comportement : Le paramètre de stratégie Ignorer le format OST est activé et défini sur Créer un fichier OST si le format ne correspond pas au mode. Le paramètre de stratégie Changer le format OST en mode silencieux est activé : Si Outlook détecte un mode qui diffère du mode .OST actuel, un nouveau fichier .OST est créé sans intervention de l’utilisateur. Le paramètre de stratégie Ignorer le format OST est activé et défini sur Demander de créer un fichier OST si le format ne correspond pas au mode. Le paramètre de stratégie Changer le format OST en mode silencieux est activé : Si Outlook détecte un mode différent du mode .OST actuel, l’utilisateur peut spécifier un délai de conversion vers le mode défini par la stratégie. En cliquant sur OK, un nouveau fichier OST est créé, sans demander un nouveau nom de fichier .OST. Si vous désactivez ou ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, les utilisateurs sont invités à entrer un nouveau nom pour le fichier .OST mis à jour.
