Ce paramètre de stratégie vous permet de désactiver l’interface utilisateur de définition de chiffrement PDF. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, l’interface utilisateur de chiffrement PDF est masqué. Si votre organisation a une plus grande exigence en matière de chiffrement que ce qui est pris en charge, il est recommandé d’activer ce paramètre de stratégie. Si vous désactivez ou ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, l’interface utilisateur de chiffrement PDF est affichée. Ainsi, les utilisateurs peuvent choisir ou non de chiffrer le fichier PDF.
