This policy setting controls whether Copilot can move, copy, rename, or create files. Each change is proposed for approval before it runs. If you enable this policy setting, Copilot can change files with user approval, subject to blocked folders. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, Copilot cannot change any files. For more information, see https://aka.ms/copilot-device-tools Note: This policy setting only applies to subscription versions of Microsoft 365 Copilot on Windows and macOS desktop apps.
