Configuration ordinateur\Modèles d'administration\Microsoft Office 2016 (ordinateur)\Microsoft 365 Copilot Description
This policy setting controls whether Copilot can read local files, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues on the user's PC. Note: Copilot will not make changes to the device. If you enable or do not configure this policy setting, Copilot can read local files and device info to assist the user. If you disable this policy setting, Copilot cannot read the local files and operates cloud-only. For more information, see https://aka.ms/copilot-device-tools Note: This policy setting only applies to subscription versions of Microsoft 365 Copilot on Windows and macOS desktop apps.
