Détermine si les utilisateurs peuvent afficher l’état d’une connexion active. L’état de la connexion est disponible à partir de l’icône de la barre des tâches État de la connexion ou à partir de la boîte de dialogue État. La boîte de dialogue État affiche des informations concernant la connexion et son activité. Elle contient également des boutons permettant de se déconnecter et de configurer les propriétés de la connexion. Si vous activez ce paramètre, l’icône de la barre des tâches État de la connexion et la boîte de dialogue État ne sont pas disponibles pour les utilisateurs (administrateurs compris). L’option État est désactivée dans le menu contextuel de la connexion et dans le menu Fichier du dossier Connexions réseau. Les utilisateurs n’ont pas la possibilité de choisir d’afficher l’icône de connexion de la barre des tâches dans la boîte de dialogue des propriétés de la connexion. Important : si le paramètre « Activer les paramètres Connexions réseau pour les administrateurs » est désactivé ou n’est pas configuré, ce paramètre ne s’appliquera pas aux administrateurs sur les ordinateurs sur lesquels une version postérieure à Windows 2000 est installée. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre ou si vous ne le configurez pas, l’icône de la barre des tâches État de la connexion et la boîte de dialogue État sont disponibles pour tous les utilisateurs.
