Détermine si les utilisateurs peuvent activer ou désactiver les connexions au réseau local. Si vous activez ce paramètre, les options Activer et Désactiver les connexions au réseau local sont disponibles pour les utilisateurs (non administrateurs compris). Les utilisateurs peuvent activer ou désactiver une connexion au réseau local en double-cliquant sur l’icône représentant la connexion, en cliquant dessus avec le bouton droit ou en utilisant le menu Fichier. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre (ainsi que le paramètre « Activer les paramètres Connexions réseau pour les administrateurs »), le fait de double-cliquer sur l’icône n’a aucun effet et les éléments de menu Activer et Désactiver sont désactivés pour tous les utilisateurs (administrateurs compris). Important : si le paramètre « Activer les paramètres Connexions réseau pour les administrateurs » est désactivé ou n’est pas configuré, ce paramètre ne s’appliquera pas aux administrateurs sur les ordinateurs sur lesquels une version postérieure à Windows 2000 est installée. Si vous ne configurez pas ce paramètre, seuls les administrateurs et les opérateurs de configuration réseau peuvent activer ou désactiver les connexions au réseau local. Remarque : les administrateurs peuvent toujours activer ou désactiver les connexions réseau local à partir du Gestionnaire de périphériques lorsque ce paramètre est désactivé.
