Cette règle permet d'établir une liste de noms d'hôte ou de modèles de nom d'hôte (tels que "[*.]example.com") qui ne seront pas mis à niveau vers le protocole HTTPS et n'afficheront pas d'interstitiel d'erreur si le mode HTTPS-First est activé. Les organisations peuvent utiliser cette règle pour maintenir l'accès aux serveurs non compatibles avec HTTPS, sans avoir à désactiver les mises à niveau HTTPS et/ou le mode HTTPS-First. Les noms d'hôte fournis doivent être indiqués sous forme canonique : tous les noms de domaine internationalisés (IDN) doivent être convertis dans leur format d'étiquette A, et toutes les lettres ASCII doivent être en minuscules. Les caractères génériques d'hôte globaux (par exemple, "*" ou "[*]") ne sont pas autorisés. À la place, le mode HTTPS-First et les mises à niveau HTTPS doivent être explicitement désactivés via leurs règles spécifiques. Remarque : Cette règle ne s'applique pas aux mises à niveau HSTS.
