Détermine si les utilisateurs peuvent utiliser ou non Chrome for Testing. Si cette règle est activée ou n'est pas configurée, les utilisateurs peuvent installer et exécuter Chrome for Testing. Si cette règle est désactivée, les utilisateurs ne sont pas autorisés à exécuter Chrome for Testing. Ils pourront quand même installer Chrome for Testing, mais cette version ne s'exécutera pas avec les profils pour lesquels cette règle est désactivée.
