Si la règle AbusiveExperienceInterventionEnforce est activée ou n'est pas configurée et que la règle SafeBrowsingEnabled n'est pas désactivée, les sites aux expériences abusives visant à tromper les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas ouvrir de nouvelles fenêtres ni de nouveaux onglets. Si les règles AbusiveExperienceInterventionEnforce ou SafeBrowsingEnabled sont désactivées, ces sites peuvent ouvrir de nouvelles fenêtres ou de nouveaux onglets.
