This policy is exactly same as the manual setting: "Settings"-"Video"-"Advanced"-"Video Capturing Method". Its default policy is 0, client will default to Auto. If this policy is a valid integer, client will use the specified type listed as below: 0 - Auto 1 - Direct Show 2 - Media Foundation If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
