Ce paramètre de stratégie empêche les clients de se connecter à des réseaux haut débit mobiles lorsque le client est inscrit sur un réseau de fournisseur d’itinérance. Si ce paramètre de stratégie est activé, toutes les tentatives de connexion automatique et manuelle aux réseaux de fournisseurs d’itinérance sont bloquées jusqu’à ce que le client s’inscrive sur le réseau du fournisseur local. Si ce paramètre de stratégie est désactivé ou n’est pas configuré, les clients sont autorisés à se connecter aux réseaux haut débit mobiles du fournisseur d’itinérance.
