Ce paramètre de stratégie vous permet de définir le nombre maximal d’enregistrements d’approbation à conserver lorsque la tâche de purge détecte que cette application a approuvé plus de documents que la valeur définie par le paramètre de stratégie « Définir le nombre maximal de documents approuvés ». Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, vous pouvez définir le nombre maximal d’enregistrements d’approbation à conserver, avec une limite supérieure de 20 000. Pour des raisons de performances, il est déconseillé de choisir cette valeur limite. Si vous désactivez ou ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, la valeur par défaut utilisée est 400.
