Si ce paramètre de stratégie est activé, la liste des programmes récents dans le menu Démarrer est vide pour les nouveaux utilisateurs. Si ce paramètre de stratégie est désactivé ou n’est pas configuré, la liste des programmes récents dans le menu Démarrer est préremplie avec des programmes pour les nouveaux utilisateurs.
