Ce paramètre de stratégie spécifie l’emplacement des modèles personnels d’un utilisateur. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, les utilisateurs verront les modèles enregistrés dans l’emplacement spécifié sous l’onglet modèles personnalisés de l’écran de démarrage d’Office et dans Fichier | Nouveau. En outre, lors de l’enregistrement d’un modèle, leur dossier par défaut deviendra l’emplacement spécifié. Si vous désactivez ou ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, les utilisateurs ne verront pas les modèles enregistrés sous l’onglet modèles personnalisés de l’écran de démarrage d’Office et dans Fichier | Nouveau. En outre, lors de l’enregistrement d’un modèle, leur dossier par défaut sera leur emplacement d’enregistrement de documents.
