Indique le tarif de rémunération des heures supplémentaires pour les nouvelles ressources. Si vous activez ce paramètre, toutes les nouvelles ressources utilisent le tarif de rémunération spécifié pour les heures supplémentaires. Si vous le désactivez ou ne le configurez pas, le paramètre par défaut de l’utilisateur est appliqué.
