Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle l’utilisation des commentaires modernes dans PowerPoint. Pour plus d’informations sur les commentaires modernes et les conditions d’activation de ce paramètre, voir https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=2116065. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, lorsqu’un utilisateur ajoute des commentaires à un nouveau fichier ou un fichier sans commentaire, les nouveaux commentaires ajoutés seront des commentaires modernes. Si la version de PowerPoint des utilisateurs ne prend pas en charge les commentaires modernes, une notification les invitera à utiliser PowerPoint pour le web pour afficher les commentaires modernes dans les fichiers qui en comportent. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie, les utilisateurs continueront d’accéder à l’expérience de commentaire précédente pour les nouveaux fichiers et les fichiers existants sans commentaire moderne. Les utilisateurs pourront toujours lire les fichiers comportant déjà des commentaires modernes si leur version de PowerPoint prend en charge les commentaires modernes.
