Ce paramètre de stratégie vous permet de réduire la durée par défaut des rendez-vous et des réunions d’un nombre de minutes spécifié. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, vous pouvez choisir parmi les options suivantes : Finir tôt, Démarrer tard, Aucun. Si vous sélectionnez Finir tôt, les réunions et rendez-vous se terminent plus tôt à l’expiration du nombre de minutes spécifié. Si vous sélectionnez Démarrer tard, les réunions et rendez-vous commencent plus tard de l’équivalent du nombre de minutes spécifié. Si vous sélectionnez Aucun, la durée par défaut de la réunion ne sera pas réduite. Dans tous les cas, les paramètres de cette fonctionnalité seront désactivés dans la boîte de dialogue Options d’Outlook. Si vous ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, les utilisateurs peuvent modifier ces paramètres en accédant à Fichier > Options > Calendrier. Remarque : ce paramètre de stratégie s’applique uniquement aux versions d’Office sous abonnement, telles que Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise.
