Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle ce qui se produit quand un utilisateur crée un formulaire personnalisé dans Outlook et tente de lier un champ Informations sur les adresses à un champ personnalisé de combinaison ou de formule. Quand vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, quatre options s'offrent à vous si un programme non approuvé tente d'accéder aux informations sur les adresses à l'aide de la méthode UserProperties.Find du modèle objet Outlook : - Demander à l'utilisateur : vous êtes invité à approuver chaque tentative d'accès. - Approuver automatiquement : Outlook autorise automatiquement les demandes d'accès effectuées par programme à partir de tous les programmes. Nous vous déconseillons l'utilisation de cette option, car elle peut créer une vulnérabilité importante. - Refuser automatiquement : Outlook refuse automatiquement toute demande d'accès effectuée par programme à partir de tous les programmes. - Afficher une invite en fonction de la sécurité définie pour l'ordinateur : Outlook vous avertit uniquement quand le logiciel antivirus est obsolète ou n'est pas en cours d'exécution. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, quand un utilisateur tente de lier un champ Informations sur les adresses à un champ personnalisé de combinaison ou de formule dans un formulaire personnalisé, Outlook utilise le paramètre défini dans la section « Accès par programme » du Centre de gestion de la confidentialité.
